Pain

I don't know what it is about Long Covid that causes this - or if it's just because I've been unable to exercise for so long due to my POTS symptoms... but I get the most random pains in my left leg or my stomach area.  Sometimes it'll move to an arm or the other leg, but for the most part - it's my left calf or thigh, or my stomach. And the pains will come in clusters, like stabbing pains into the inner part of the body (I don't think it's a muscular cramp, it's not that kind of pain).  And tingling sensations in my fingers and toes also come on without warning. My fingers have always been colder than the rest of my body - I must have poor circulation. When I'm on my computer, like now, I find that my fingers are turning blue due to the coldness. I have to stop, shake them, then hold them under my legs or arms to warm up a bit. Just another weird side effect of Long Covid :)
